We have built Twisted Gorilla so that it is adaptable to many industries. It is designed for trading businesses like Wholesaling, Distribution or Provedoring. It does not matter what the products are.

• What smart phone applications does it support?

Twisted Gorilla is an SAAS application, so as an on-demand, cloud application, we support both Mac and PC operating systems, this includes iphone, ipad, and android phones and tablets.

• How is my data backed up?

Your data is backed up into three different sites. The Backup process is automatic and live.

• Is my data safe online?

Yes, your data is just as safe as accessing banking details online. Twisted Gorilla is a complete cloud based solution with servers based in Sydney Australia.

• Does Twisted Gorilla work with my existing accounting software

Yes. Twisted Gorilla integrates with most accounting packages like Xero, MYOB or Quickbooks.

• Can we implement access restrictions for different users?

Yes, you can restrict different users to different screens. The application is built for management and remote management of various sites and personnel.

• Is there a limit to the number of users that I can use?

No there is no limit, the limit is based upon the number of licences you have purchased. Additional licenses can be purchased if you require additional users.

• Can I use Windows mobile hardware?

Yes you may, but we highly recommend Apple hardware for best results!

• Can I use Twisted Gorilla in two entities?

No, you will need two separate applications due to separate databases.

• Can I access Twisted Gorilla from anywhere?

Yes, you have the ability to access Twisted Gorilla from anywhere. As long as you have access to the internet the application is completely cloud based.

• How long does it take to implement?

From 2 days to 2 weeks depending on how much data has to be imported.

• Can I use my blackberry?

Yes you can! But we highly recommend apple or android products.
